Robert’s values compel him to pursue justice, dignity, and peace around the world. Our government should serve our communities, not fund violence abroad. Robert will vote to cut our bloated military budget, work to stop U.S. funding of genocide and war crimes, and advocate against Trump’s disastrous regime change policies.

As part of this commitment, Robert will support legislation geared toward ensuring our tax dollars don't fund human rights violations or war crimes. This will include signing onto the Block the Bombs Act led by Rep. Delia Ramirez and the "Resolution Recognizing the genocide of the Palestinian people in Gaza" led by Rep. Rashida Tlaib. And he’ll fight to repeal the 2001 and 2002 Authorization for Use of Military Force (AUMF) to prevent the President from dragging us into endless wars.
