Democratic primary voters need to see streaming ads on YouTube and CTV platforms including subscription video on demand platforms like Hulu, Peacock, Paramount as well as free ad supported TV platforms like Tubi, Roku, Vizio and LG. If partners have significant resources, broadcast TV is the top priority.

  • In 2019, Peters was the chief sponsor of the law that blocked for-profit private prisons from building ICE detention facilities in Illinois.

• Donna Miller overrode fierce objections from immigrant rights groups and voted for a million-dollar law enforcement deal that exposed Cook County residents' personal records and private data to be used for ICE's raids -- and took thousands of dollars from the company's lobbyists. Miller also voted to let every county agency, including Stroger Hospital, share people’s records with ICE for them to use to hunt people down. Now her campaign is being backed by tens-of-thousands of dollars from MAGA donors and $875,000 from donors to a right wing group that Gov. JB Pritzker has called a "pro-Trump organization."
